1. ELIGIBILITY

All products sold by VESU are custom-made and manufactured according to customer-selected specifications.

Product images are provided for reference purposes only.

Minor variations in:

• Makeup

• Hair styling

• Measurements

• Appearance details

may occur due to manufacturing processes, photography, screen settings, or material characteristics.

Such variations shall not be considered defects.

3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to review and acceptance by VESU.

After an order is placed, customers may be asked to confirm:

• Shipping information

Production will begin only after order confirmation.

VESU reserves the right to reject any order for any lawful reason.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received in full before production or shipment begins.

VESU reserves the right to modify pricing, product availability, and product specifications without prior notice.

5. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Customers acknowledge that customized products are manufactured specifically according to their approved specifications.

Once production has commenced:

• Orders may not be modified.

• Orders may not be cancelled.

• Full refunds are generally unavailable except where required by applicable law.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all customization selections before production begins.

6. INSPECTION APPROVAL

Before shipment, VESU may provide photographs and/or videos of the completed product for customer review.

By approving inspection materials and authorizing shipment, the customer confirms that:

• The product conforms to approved specifications.

• The customization requirements have been completed.

• Shipment is authorized.

Inspection approval records may be retained and used as evidence in the event of disputes, claims, or chargebacks.

7. SHIPPING

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

VESU shall not be liable for delays caused by:

• Customs inspections

• Shipping carriers

• Weather conditions

• Government actions

• Transportation disruptions

• Force majeure events

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping information provided during checkout.

8. IMPORT RESTRICTIONS & CUSTOMS

Customers are solely responsible for determining whether the products ordered may be legally imported, possessed, or used in their country, state, province, or local jurisdiction.

VESU is not responsible for:

• Customs seizures

• Import restrictions

• Government confiscation

• Additional duties or taxes

• Delays resulting from customs procedures

Shipping charges, customs fees, taxes, and import-related expenses are non-refundable.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• Images

• Product descriptions

• Logos

• Branding

• Graphics

• Videos

• Website content

is the property of VESU and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Customers agree to contact VESU directly before initiating any chargeback, dispute, claim, or payment reversal.

VESU maintains detailed records, including:

• Order confirmations

• Customer approvals

• Customization confirmations

• Inspection approval records

• Shipment records

• Tracking information

• Delivery confirmations

Such records may be provided to payment processors, financial institutions, banks, dispute resolution services, and regulatory authorities to demonstrate fulfillment of contractual obligations.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except as expressly provided by law, all products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

VESU disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VESU's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Under no circumstances shall VESU be liable for:

• Indirect damages

• Consequential damages

• Special damages

• Incidental damages

• Loss of profits

• Emotional distress

• Loss of business opportunities

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the business operations of VESU, without regard to conflict of law principles.
