SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Orders are reviewed, verified, and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT+8) will be processed on the next business day.
Certain customized products, special configurations, or additional quality inspections may require additional preparation time. Customers will be notified if extended processing is necessary.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Shenzhen, China.
Shipping Rates
A flat shipping fee of USD $100 applies to all orders.
Additional charges may apply for remote or restricted delivery areas. Any applicable surcharge will be displayed at checkout or communicated before shipment.
International Orders, Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and import requirements in their country or region.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery schedules may be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
VESU shall not be liable for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, or other third parties.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Tracking information may require 24–48 hours to become available in the carrier's system.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with our investigation, customers must provide:

Failure to report shipping-related issues within 48 hours may affect our ability to process claims with the carrier.
For verified cases of loss, shipping damage, or incorrect shipment caused by VESU or the carrier, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, reshipment, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Delivery Confirmation
A shipment shall be considered delivered when tracking records show successful delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
VESU is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
